Speaker biography:  Deepak is an experienced CRM architect, with over 15 years expertise in practical application design and development using CRM solutions such as Siebel and the Oracle Sales Cloud. In his current position as the Oracle Consulting Sales Cloud lead in EMEA, he heads up the Consulting bid office, spearheads readiness initiatives, and has been involved in early Sales Cloud customer projects as a CX solution architect. A veteran presenter at previous Siebel User Weeks and Oracle User Groups, Deepak holds a Bachelor of Science (1st Class Hons) degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering with Business Studies, from the University of Birmingham.
